Refund policy

We want you to love your order—because we loved making it for you. Each item in our shop is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

We will happily replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. We will also correct any mistakes if you received the wrong item or size due to our error. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and your order number. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. You do not need to return the item.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders due to buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, or delayed shipments caused by the carrier. Please be sure to double-check the size chart before ordering.

If you need to make a change to your order, contact us within 6 hours of placing it. We may be able to update it before it goes into production.
